• The three most important points he made
• The most interesting point
• The most surprising point
• Did Richard have any Buzzword Bingo-worthy discussion? If so, what was it?
• What do you think of Tracker? How does it compare to JIRA?
• a question you wish you had asked him.
• An overall grade you'd assign to his talk
• What is an appropriate thank-you gift that I should send to Richard?
